Surrealism has been the core of all my works; even though in different forms of realisation, it has always been my basic compositional context. This album presents a perception of different contexts related to daily life in a mixture of memory, emotions, desires and fears, past and present, here and there, all as a single body of impression and expression.
As used in some of the titles, the term Dreamwalker doesn’t represent a dreaming situation through sleeping, it represents the surreal and dreamlike feeling while being awake and fully conscious in daily life. So in these contexts the Dreamwalker is the
Lifewalker. He can never escape from his memory, the subconscious will always use it to create the feelings, perceptions and reactions to daily life situations even if they have no relation to specific memory contexts.
My aim is for the listener to relate the music to his/her life, possibly listening to it with headphones while taking a walk in the city, as a way to fully appreciate the concept of this album.
In the dynamics of personalty formation these psychological relations become more and more important while understanding the self in relation to the world and vice versa. And this is, at least to me, an irreversible process of self-awareness.
