I made this recording on my last day at Chacahua. Days before I went to mangrove swamp, experienced bioluminiscense, walked to the lighthouse and have beautiful listening experiences. This place was so peaceful for mind and spirit, since I was going through really depressive moments. Chacahua is a semi-virgin beach in Oaxaca: lot of people from Europe or USA, and also mexican people, having good times. I decided to record this soundwalk on my last day: lot of birds, some human voices, sea and insects. Hope you find it as interesting as I do, since I hear all these birds, and other living elements, producing a beautiful composition. I'm sorry for the clicks, but it was hard to walk on so hot sand. Here you may find some other recordings from Chacahua:

Beautifully recorded soundscapes of a forest full of life. But the liner notes say: "Tragically this area was chopped dead less than a year after the recordings took place." Another environment lost, with only memories and recordings surviving. William Denton
