Here is one of the best field recording album I've heard. Of course, the rendering is of incredible quality. But the artist does not just dip his hydrophone under the ice or hit some stones together. He gives us soundscapes, accessible and imposing, with well-defined sounds. The lover of wind and coastal atmosphere in me is really satisfied! Bravo! drone2805

Beautifully recorded soundscapes of a forest full of life. But the liner notes say: "Tragically this area was chopped dead less than a year after the recordings took place." Another environment lost, with only memories and recordings surviving. William Denton

This is one of my favorite recordings from 2020. Really clear and patient work of acoustic ecology. Enveloping, transparent environments visited by wolf calls. billy gomberg
